Semester 1: Basic Tailoring Course
Go through our basic tailoring course syllabus given below.
Basics of Tailoring
- Basic concepts on the seam, seam allowance, hemline, etc
- How to take body measurements.
- How to cut the fabric according to the measurement.
- Calculate the required fabric quantities for any pattern.
- Garment finishing techniques.
Pattern Making
There are 60+ pattern-making processes, which you will learn to make by practising initially on pattern paper and then finally on the fabric.
